Ever tried watermelon drizzled with a basalmic reduction and garnished with mint?

If so, how did it turn out? What suggestions would you give someone else trying this out for the first time?

Only had strawberries done that way, and they were AMAZING!!!
Reply:Wild berries are better than watermelon (served with 'cheesecake cream') "Out of this world"!

Try caramelized strawberries with black pepper also...
Reply:Actually, I put it on the BBQ grill first then drizzle the balsamic on it...
Reply:some people add salt to watermelon; it brings out the sweetness
Reply:It is delish as Rachael Ray would say. You don't actually even have to make a balsamic reduction. Just use a high quality balsamic vinegar, maybe some fresh ground pepper and the mint leaves. I would chop the leaves and then garnish with whole leaves. Lemon Balm would also work nicely.
