I am terrified that Wrigley will pull the Orbit Mint Mojito gum off the market...what are your thoughts?

I only feel this because I think that most people don't know what a Mojito is, so they will not try the gum. However, it seems that Wrigley only seems to be coming out with new products and not pulling less popular ones off the market, like Coca Cola or Pepsi have been doing for the past several years. Logically, I suppose, if they were to pull any of the Orbit gum flavors, it would be that nasty Lemon-Lime, which tastes like floor cleaner.

I am terrified that Wrigley will pull the Orbit Mint Mojito gum off the market...what are your thoughts?
Write to them!! I wrote to them when Eclipse mints came and said "You need a cinnamon version!!" And they came out with one! Demand was high enough that they created it, but they would never know there was a demand if they didn't hear directly from the consumers. I really believe that.



Having said that, I don't think you have anything to fear. Their marketing strategy for the Mint Mojito flavor is skewed younger and the younger [18 - 35] consumers know what a Mojito is. Most of them even know how to spell it.



Stay focused and positive! And if you're really that worried, stock up!

Reply:I love Orbit gum. I tried the Lemon-Lime and it is very bad. I have not tried the Mojito but I might try it. They probably need to advertise it a bit more.
Reply:don't be, if they haven't pulled those flavors that aren't selling well then then there will be a chane that they won't pull your stuff. you can always buy a bunch when you go to the store so you wont run out
