What is the best breath mint out there?
i love altoids too! try the sour cherry..you will cry. the sourness is beyond the acidity of a lemon

Reply:If it's just middle of the day, don't-wanna-brush-my-teeth bad breath, then just take any kind of mint.
If it's 'damn i had onions' or 'i just woke up and gotta see my baby' bad breath, then not ONE can work. U need 2 usually, or 3 if u have particularly bad breath.
U need: a) Chewing Gum (the teeth and tongue smell better)+ the liquid u 'swallow' in gum stops the smell frpm 'coming back' when u burp (it does lol)- preferably 'Clorets'
b) 'Listerine', or any other mint that u cant chew, for the on-the-spot breath
Optional: c) Smints.. cus the small tiny bits get a little stuck in your teeth, so keeps the mouth fresh.
