Am I supposed to swallow the Listerine Portable Pocket Mint Strip that dissolves in your mouth or spit it out?

Someone saw me take a Listerine Portable Pocket Mint Strip and stick it on my tongue until it dissolved and swallow the mist. This person told me that I wasn't supposed to do that but instead I was supposed to let it dissolve, move it around inside my mouth and spit it back out just like regular Listerine - Is this true? I looked everywhere on the package and it doesn't have any instructions...

You're supposed to let it dissolve in your mouth. Afterwards, you swallow. Unlike the real Listerine, you don't swallow but spit it out.
Reply:You should let it dissolve in your mouth. It is not a lot of liquid that you will swish and spit. It is just a thin film that will dissolve on your tongue.

You will always find someone that thinks they know everything, but It will take more than that little strip of listerine to cause you any alcoholic illusions.
