How can I make a non-alcoholic mint julep?

I need something to replace to Bourbon, what can I use? Does anyone have a recipe?

How can I make a non-alcoholic mint julep?
Here are two:

Kentucky Derby

4 Mint sprigs -- up to 5 sprigs

1 1/2 cups Sugar

2 cups Cold water

3/4 cup Lemon juice

1 1/2 quarts Ginger ale

Lemon slices -- thin (garnish ; optional )

Rinse the mint and discard stems.

Place the sugar, water, and lemon juice

in a medium-sized bowl,

mix, and stir in the mint leaves.

Allow to stand for 30 minutes.

Fill a large pitcher with ice cubes

and strain the liquid over the ice.

Add the ginger ale and

lemon slices, and serve.

Disney Mint Julep

1 lb granulated sugar

6 cups water

1 1/4 ounces lime juice concentrate

8 1/2 ounces lemonade concentrate

3/4 cup creme de menthe (syrup available at liquor stores. Do not confuse it with creme de menthe liqueur)

Garnishes

mint leaves

lime slices

maraschino cherries

Combine the sugar and water in a 3 quart saucepan. Stir the contents until the sugar is dissolved.

Stir in lime and lemonade concentrate next. Continue stirring and bring to boil just below the boiling point (210 degrees.) DO NOT BOIL!

Remove pan from heat and chill. Once chilled, add a ratio of 1 part syrup to 5 parts chilled water.

Transfer beverage to pitcher and enjoy!

Garnish each serving with mint leaves, lime slice and a maraschino cherry.
Reply:MINT JULEP APPLE PUNCH

SERVES 12 People

1 1/2 Qt. Apple Juice, 1/2 C. Pineapple Juice, 1/2 C. Lemon Juice, 1 Pt. Orange Juice, and One 28 oz. bottle MINT JULEP

Mix above ingredients. Pour over ice cubes and serve. Arrange slice of orange-lemon-lime on rim of tall frosted glass.
Reply:I would just leave out the alcohol. Maybe you can find some kind of artificial flavoring to add to it that tastes like Bourbon. Check at a liquor store.
