If you could have any meal now, what would it be? Mine would be Lamb Shank with Mash and Mint Sauce yummy?

Here in Cyprus, I will be sitting down to Kleftico tonight! This is lamb, cooked for several hours in a clay oven..mmmmm...deliciously tender. I will have this with roasted Cyprus potatoes, grilled tomatoes, sauteed mushrooms and onions, and boiled rice....all washed down with a good red wine!! Can't wait!!

Mine would be chicken tarragon, new potatoes, steamed veg and a herb sauce to go with it. Dessert would be chocolate fondant.

Reply:Sushi ! My mom has forbidden me to eat it until next year cause I've been eating it too much. She says it's too little to eat for lunch. Darn :(

Reply:My ex husband made the best eggplant parmesian. I never got the recipe. I really wish I had because I don't think he would be interested in making it for his ex wife. lol

Reply:pigged out on thanksgiving dinner last night, still full, turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes with gravy, perogies, cabbage rolls, comfort food as far as the eye could see, the best meal ever!

Reply:PROPER spaghetti bolognaise, with fresh garlic bread and a nice glass of coke. YUMM.
Reply:It would be Hot Satay kajang. It is BBQ meat on skewers nice soft and tender. The meat is marinated with spices including turmeric
