When I buy these mint leaves does anyone have a good recipe for a mojito or a rasberry mojito
Where can I buy mint leaves?
In a grocery store. Go to the produce section. Or try a farmer's market.
3 fresh mint sprigs
2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 1/2 oz light rum
club soda
In a tall thin glass, crush part of the mint with a fork to coat the inside. Add the sugar and lime juice and stir thoroughly. Top with ice. Add rum and mix. Top off with *chilled* club soda (or seltzer). Add a lemon slice and the remaining mint, and serve.

Made mine with

1 part sweetened lime juice
muddied mint leaves
2 lime wedges bruised
a dash of sugarcane juice
top with lemon-lime soda!
Rim tall glass with sugar, put a mint stalk into lime wedge, garnish glass with that... add a thin stalk of sugarcane as a stirrer!

Classic Mojito Cocktail
- 4 parts Mojito Club
- 1/2 part lime juice
- Sugar
- Mint leaves
Put the chopped flesh of the watermelon in a shaker, crush it slightly and Crush mint leaves in a glass and add Mojito club, lime juice and sugar. Fill with club soda and serve over ice.
Reply:You can purchase fresh mint at most grocery stores in the produce section. For a great mojito, start with a pint glass, then combine:
6-8 sprigs of fresh mint leaves
1/2 a fresh lime, quartered, squeezed, and rind on
2 packets of Sugar in the Raw
then muddle all these ingredients well in the base of a pint glass
you then add:
2 oz. Bacardi Limon (and 1/4 oz. Razzmatazz or Chambord for a raspberry version)
(I personally also like a splash of Cointreau, but that's just me)
and ice. I prefer crushed, but cubed works fine, too-
put a shaker tin over the pint glass, and shake well. Then finish with soda water.
Enjoy!
