I'm looking for this candy that I found in New York. They're like those powder after-dinner mints, except that the flavors are flower essences: rose, lilac, lavender... etc. Does anyone know the names, or any companies that make them? Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure what you mean by powdered candy, but a google search of either "French candy", "flower candy" or "flower pastilles" turns up some great options....they're a bit hard to find in the states and are typically an European item.... but some stores will specialize in the imports because they are so tasty!
