when i was in disneyland i had a glass of this wonderful beverage and would like to serve it to guests in the summer...does anyone have a receipt?

Does anyone have a receipt for Non alcoholic Mint julep?
I threw the receipt away, but if you want the recipe, then here it is:

Ingredients

5 lemons

1 bunch fresh peppermint

1-1/2 cups sugar

1/2 cup water

3 qts. ginger ale

ice

Method

Squeeze juice from lemons and strain to remove any seeds or pulp. Add lightly crushed mint leaves, sugar, and water and let stand 30 minutes. (Use a large stainless steel or glass bowl. Don’t use aluminum.) Pour over a large piece of ice in a glass punch bowl and add ginger ale. Serve in small glasses. This is a recipe from the early 1900s.
Reply:yeah I just bought one yesterday and still have the receipt. Ok Im kidding with you no I dont have a recipe for a mint julep sorry.
Reply:Non-alcoholic Mint Juleps

6 cups water

2 1/4 granulated sugar

2 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 12-ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

1 1/2 tablespoons creme de menthe syrup (Do not confuse it with creme de menthe liqueur)

Fresh mint sprigs

Slices of lime

Combine the sugar and water in a 3 quart saucepan. Stir the contents until the sugar is dissolved. Stir in lime and lemonade concentrate next. Continue stirring and bring to boil just below the boiling point (210 degrees F.) Remove pan from heat and chill. For each serving, add two tablespoons of syrup and pour about 10 ounces of chilled water into a glass of crushed ice and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a slice of lime. Makes 8 servings.
Reply:Sometimes if you call the restaurant where you got it, they will give you the recipe...When we were in Hawaii last summer I had the BEST 'Blue Hawaii' not 'Blue Hawaiian',there is a difference...at a nice restaurant. When we got back to the Mainland..I called and they were nice enoughto give me the recipe over the phone...I assume you probably got it at 'The Blue Bayou'??? Call!

Stir in lime and lemonade concentrate next. Continue stirring and bring to boil just below the boiling point (210 degrees.) DO NOT BOIL!
