How to use fresh whole mint leaves?
Pick the leaves, wash them under cold water, and chop up fine to add to salads etc. Don't use many as they taste very strong. Add about 5 leaves to peas when they are cooking for minted peas. Chop a few leaves very fine and stir through yoghurt and minced cucumber for a cooling dip to serve with hot curries. Tie a bunch of leaves together and run your hot bath water over it for an energising bath. Boil a couple of leaves and use the water for a herbal tea for indigestion
