My wife and I will be in Denver on May 30th and would like to tour the U.S. Mint. The website for the Mint says that there are no tickets left. Are we just out of luck?
How can we get tickets to tour the US mint.?
I tried it last year, and they had filled up months earlier. I hate to say it but I believe you're out of luck. I even called and begged and the answer was that I could come that morning and hang out and see if anyone didn't show up, but I didn't bother to do it.
Reply:I don't know about in Denver, but at the mint in Philadelphia you don't need tickets to take the tour.
Reply:You can try calling the mint and explaining your situation. See if there is something you might be able to do.
Reply:Sorry, but I think you're out of luck. The tours are free and very popular and fill up fast.
