Just put a heap of very finely chopped mint leaves into a dish of vinegar. That's how I'm used to doing it. Simple but tasty!
How can I prepare a tasty mint sauce?
take this recepie

2 tomatoes even crush them
2-3 drops of vinegar
black peper powder 1 spoon
smashed all the mixture on ur girlfriends face
Reply:FRESH MINT SAUCE
1 lg. bunch fresh mint leaves (about 1/2 cup minced leaves)
1 c. dark brown sugar
1 c. tarragon wine vinegar
Wash the mint and pull of the leaves. Combine leaves, stems, sugar and vinegar in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened. Lift the leaves and stems from sauce. Discard stems. Chop the leaves very fine and return to sauce. Serve warm over roast lamb.
Hope this helps..

Reply:This is a fresh and tasty recipe enjoy:-
*Half bunch of mint ( any variety )
*300 grams White sugar
*300 mls White Wine Vinagar
*300 mls Water
(1). Put the Sugar %26amp; Water in a Medium size pot and place on
the Heat, Bring to the boil,%26amp; reduce to a simmer...
(2). Strip the leaves from the mint stalk and give them a good
chop, not to fine but not to rough.. Place mint in a container
and set aside, Bruise the stalks of the mint and add to the
simmering Sugar %26amp; Water mixture..Reduce by a third..
Note:- ( The mixture should be like a Syrup thickness..)
(3). Remove pot from stove and leave to cool, while the sugar
syrup is still quite warm, remove the stalks and add the
chopped Mint leaves and stir, leave to cool..
(4). Once it has cooled, add the Vinagar bit by bit and taste
constantly until you have a flavour you like.. The flavour
should be not to sweet and not to sour, but only you can
decide the final taste...
And the result is a Mint sauce to be proud of!!And Delicious..
Store your sauce in an airtight Jar or bottle and keep in the
fridge, it will last for atleast 4-6 weeks and will intensify in
flavour with matuarity.....
Your Roast Lamb will love you for it..LOL...Enjoy.....!!!!!
