The present owners have no records of items made in the 1970`s. and therefore I cant get lists or descriptions of the soldiers from them. The company is in america but used a number of english casting companies and artists in their early productions in the late 60`s and early 70`s. At one time owned by MGM studios and more recently famous for the court case involving the statuettes they made of Diana alledged without consent. They were sued for millions and sold the company. It is now owned by a consortium of film stars.
Lookin 4 info on soldier figures 1970 from a company Franklin Mint the company has changed hands many times?
If you have an image of them maybe try here http://www.irecognisethat.com
Reply:because they were sold on the open market they very rarely have a price that is worth selling. because they sold thousands of them every one thinks theirs are worth something unless you managed to get a set that had a serial number a and a low single number they are worthless. franklin mint sold millions of items such as plates they all have little value because of the amount bought by the public sorry
